Inspired on my sweet desire for ice creams!
This Apricot is an ice cream colored with bright orange/pink. Apricots are fickle fruits. A fully ripe apricot is a pleasure for the taste buds with its aromatic sweetness and velvety flesh. Like most stone fruits, apricots belong to the rose family.
