I love making resin art that is fun, colorful and different. I want to make people smile, wonder and at the same time brighten up your homes.
Welcome to my world.
After more than a decade living the corporate life, building a career at a big bank, it was time for something completely different.
Growing up, I have always been interested in art. I loved visiting musea and boutiques. As an adult, I often visited the small boutiques in Saint Paul de Vence (France) during our annual holiday.
There, I started talking to different artists to learn about their drive and the stories behind their art. I was especially interested in their inspiration, their struggles and, above all, the fun in creating. I got inspired. I wanted to create too. During my visit in 2019 I thought: “Lotte, just go for it. Not trying is too easy!”.
Why resin? The visible way of making art with the product of resin is very exciting. It’s also challenging and a bumpy process. It is trying over and over again to get the right substance, the right flow, the right color and the perfect finish.
