Inspired on my sweet desire for ice creams!
This Ube Halaya is an ice cream colored in deep pink. Ube Halaya ( Purple Jam) is and Philippine recipe made from boiled and mashed Discorea plata (UBE). It is also know as the dessert Halo-Halo.
On Sunny day's the Ice Cream attracts the golden Butterfly who loves to have a little sip of this tasteful Frozen Ice. The Butterfly has a purple glitter body and see true wings.
